A Few Things Before We Go…

  • This experience welcomes women across healthcare and related fields Different perspectives make our conversations richer. Not in healthcare but want to join? YES please!

  • You will receive a certificate of attendance for your participation. Modern Traditions Travel has submitted education to Pinnacle Conference LLC for consideration of CE/CME approval.

  • You can pay in full or reserve with a $1,000 nonrefundable deposit. Payment options include splitting the remaining balance into two additional payments. A monthly plan is also available for eligible bookings. Please review the schedule for your selected option before checking out.

  • Our experiences center on learning, cultural exploration, and connection. We learn alongside local partners about women’s health and the communities they serve. Travelers do not provide clinical care..

  • A shared spot is $3,500 per person and includes a room with separate beds with another traveler. A private spot is $3,900 and includes a room to yourself. Both options include the same group programming.

  • Yes. Travelers are required to purchase travel insurance. Please review your policy carefully to understand its coverage, exclusions, and cancellation benefits.

  • Field Notes Live is where we bring the day’s experiences into conversation. These facilitated sessions blend teaching, questions, and reflection, connecting what we’re learning in Oaxaca with the care we provide back home.
